At Royo Fritz, each order is handcrafted, with attention to detail to offer you a unique piece.

Production: All pendants are made to order. Production time is 2 business days from purchase confirmation.

Standard Shipping (Spain): Once produced, your order will be sent via standard courier, with an estimated delivery time of 2 to 3 business days.

For Europe: Estimated shipping time is 5-7 business days

Rest of the world: Estimated shipping time 10-15 business days

When your order is on its way, you’ll receive an email with the tracking number.

Exchanges and returns

We hope you love your Royo Fritz pendant, but if you need to return it, here’s our return policy:

Deadline: You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to request a return.

Conditions: The product must be in perfect condition, unused and in its original packaging.

Exceptions: Returns of personalized or custom-made products are not accepted, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

Return costs: These are the customer’s responsibility. It is recommended to use a service with tracking.

Refund: In the event of a return, the amount will be refunded in the form of a voucher redeemable online, with no expiration date, for the same value as the product.
